Phone and Laptop Batteries 

Usually, at the customer’s discretion, the phone and laptop batteries sold on SaralFix come with no warranty or with 3 months warranty which covers the manufacturing defects like battery draining too quickly or defective battery that does not work. The batteries sold on SaralFix’s website are certified by third-party manufacturers. On special requests, SaralFix may or may not be able to sell the original batteries.

Batteries have a warranty void sticker attached to them, in order to claim the warranty the sticker must be intact, even partial removal of the sticker will cease the warranty benefits and Saralfix will not be liable in any case whatsoever.

In order to claim the warranty. The user will need to send a short video of the issue he/she is facing for our technical team to review and after technical approval, the customer will need to submit the gadget to the office at the appointed date.  Please note warranty repairs are not performed at the doorstep. Doorstep pick and drop in-warranty repairs are chargeable.

For outstation customers, in case of any issue under warranty, the new spare part will be dispatched as per its availability. Please note the courier charger will be born by the customer.

Laptop and Phone Display 

The display for phones and laptops sold by SaralFix is certified by third-party manufacturers. These displays might deliver 90% of the original display’s performance. On special requests, SaralFix may or may not be able to sell the original displays.

Usually, at the customer’s discretion, the displays sold on SaralFix come with no warranty or with a warranty that covers the manufacturing defects like display getting black, colors fading, screen flickering, or touch not working at all. Please note physical and water damage is not covered under warranty.

In order to comply with the e-waste management, SaralFix is bound to get the customer’s part to dispose of it responsibly. In case the customer doesn’t handover the old part to the SaralFix executive the warranty will be reduced to 3 months.
